Our Story

The Plenty & Grace Food Hub and Innovation Centre was built to create opportunities for BC’s small to medium producers to reach their full food processing potential, increase their capacity and meet and exceed food safety standards required by new markets, while still maintaining the unique ‘artisanal’ quality of value-added, British Columbia grown products. The P&G vision is to enhance and enable growth in the agri-foods community of the Fraser Valley through engagement and collaboration.

The Plenty & Grace Food Hub & Innovation Centre was founded by Lee Murphy, owner of Vista D’oro Farms & Winery and The Preservatory – with the support of the BC Ministry of Agriculture. A place for innovation and creation; our goal is to create a business that encourages other producers and farmers through training, skills development and mentorship.

Vista D’oro Farms is a 10-acre orchard and vineyard in South Langley, where produce grown on the farm is used in our preserves and estate wines, showcasing the superiority of local, farm-fresh ingredients.

The Preservatory brand is a unique line of preserves with different flavour combinations designed to showcase in-season, locally grown fruit found at Vista D’oro and other farms throughout B.C.
